Having worked in various functions in product design, field engineering and manufacturing, I have experience in working in a lot of different environments to achieve goals.
Working with people on many different levels I can appreciate desires, goals, skills and contribution on an approachable, human level.
I enjoy deeply technical projects, and I equally enjoy being interacting with people.
